The Find a Boarding Kennel or Cattery services are conduits for introductions between you (the Customer) and Suppliers and Businesses on our database. The contract for the accommodation and care for pets is between you and the Supplier or Business. CS Design is not a party to that contract.

CS Design offers no recommendation of the services provided by any Supplier or Business on our database and will not be liable for any dispute which may arise between the Customer and the Supplier or Business. However, we welcome comments on any Supplier or Business who fails to meet your expectations. The Customer will be responsible for ensuring the suitability of any Supplier or Business for any services for which they use them.

Acceptance of you as a Customer of the service is entirely at our discretion. We may collect information from you relating to your enquiry and this may be forwarded to Suppliers or Businesses in connection with your enquiry.
